- Within Your Organization: Driver location data, work hours, and payroll data are visible to the Owner and Admins of the Organization the driver is assigned to.
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our software, such as cloud hosting providers, analytics services, and secure payment processors.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our company, users, or the public.
4. Employee Consent (For Fleet Owners)
If you are an Organization Owner, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for obtaining legally compliant consent from your drivers and employees before using FleetOS to track their location or process their personal and payroll data.
5. Data Security
We implement modern technical and organizational security measures (including JWT authentication and HTTPS encryption) to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
6. Your Data Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may delete your account or contact us to request data deletion. Note that certain financial or trip data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
